Velum is a private, non-clinical GLP-1 journey journal for recording and reflecting on your own experience. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations or medication-effect calculations. Comparisons describe your records and do not establish cause.

Consult your healthcare provider for symptoms, medication and treatment decisions. Do not use Velum or Vera for emergencies.

Your choices and records

No signup is required. Keep your device secure and review your entries, exports and recipients before sharing. Local records may be lost when the app is deleted. Velum does not provide a journal backup or recovery service.

Optional AI

Vera and meal tools may produce inaccurate or incomplete content. Review responses and estimates before saving or using them. AI requires permission; see the privacy policy for providers, data scope and retention.

Membership

Optional subscriptions and renewal/cancellation terms are described on our membership page and displayed before purchase. Apple’s standard licensed application terms apply to the iOS app.
