A little help with your journal
Contact us
For app questions, email [email protected]. Include your app version, iPhone model and a description of the issue. Do not include health records or personal photos unless you deliberately choose to share them.
For privacy requests, email [email protected]. For symptoms, medication or treatment questions, contact your healthcare provider.
Membership
Restore purchases from Your space → Subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Read membership details.
Permissions are your choice
Choose weight, steps and sleep imports individually in Velum’s Apple Health settings. Manage system access in Apple Health or iPhone Settings. You can decline Health, camera, microphone, notifications or AI and keep using manual recording.
Records and deletion
No account is needed. Records are local to your device; restoring a purchase does not restore your journal. Export useful summaries and keep photos separately before deleting the app. Velum does not provide a backup or recovery service.
